Howdy, all!

Now that the year-end holiday season is behind us, we're getting things back up and running! As we mentioned in the last update, we got the pins ordered and are currently waiting for those to arrive.

Retiring our old Wraithmarked Contact email...

While we wait on those, though, we have something else we wanted to mention. A change in how Wraithmarked is managing customer service. If you have supported our campaigns in the past, you may have seen us make mention of "[email protected]". Until now, this has been our primary method of customer support outside of messages here on Kickstarter. It's been a useful, but imperfect solution, so we've moved to something a little more robust.

Going forward, if you require email-based support, please follow the steps below:

• Send your email to "[email protected]". Please be as detailed as possible.
• Shortly after receiving your email, our ticketing system will generate an automated response informing you of your unique request number.
• Depending on our workload, we will try to reply to your request in 1-2 business days. We do not answer support requests on US Holidays or Weekends.

Getting the Pins Ordered

This will be a quick update for everyone today! While we work on getting the manuscript ready for the new layout, we're placing the order for the pins today! It will take a few weeks to get those, but once we have them we'll be sure to share some pictures!

A Quick Introduction...

Hi, everyone!

With the majority of surveys sent out and answered, I wanted to take a moment to do an introduction. While interacting with us here on Kickstarter or via our support email, the majority of the time, you'll be interacting with a single person.

Hi! I'm Eira, and I am in charge of coordinating the campaigns and fulfillment for nearly everything Wraithmarked does. I also do a lot for Wraithmarked on the backend. Things like account and security administration, data analysis, etc. It's a lot of work, and things can get pretty busy, but doing this and working with all of you is one of the best things I've ever done! :)

A couple of quick things about me. I am a writer, graphic designer, and self-published TTRPG developer. When not distracted by those creative projects, however, I skate with a local roller derby team and build gunpla in my free time. I'm also a cat mom. I can't forget that. Those of you with cats will know that my overlords would not forgive me if I failed to mention them. That said, I am also contractually obligated to mention how adorable Bryce's dog is.

I bring all this up to let you all know that when you interact with us, you're talking to real people who have been involved with the creative process from start to finish. There's only a handful of us and it takes a lot to make this machine run, but we all care deeply about making sure that your experience with us is a good one, and will do our best to make things right if we run into a problem.

Remaining Surveys Going Out!

Howdy, all!

The smoke test over the last few days was successful so we'll be sending the remaining surveys out this morning. It may take a little bit for Backerkit to process them, so we appreciate your patience! 

Just to reiterate a couple of the tips from our last update, if you don't see your invite email show up by the end of the day today, please take a look at the following:

• Spam Folder: Survey emails can occasionally find their way to your spam folder. If you don't see anything come through from Backerkit check your spam folder first.
• Apple ID Email Addresses: If the email address tied to your Kickstarter account is a secure Apple ID address, the survey email may be blocked entirely. The email addresses look something like this:  "[email protected]".  If you're not seeing the email from Backerkit, check to see if your email looks like one of these. If it does, we recommend that you first change that email in Kickstarter so you avoid any future issues. Once you have done that send us a message here or send an email to [email protected] to let us know what your updated email address is.
  

Going Forward

Here is what you can expect in the coming months as we work on fulfilling this project.

• As we get all of the products made, you can expect to see an update from us at least twice a month. So stay tuned here for all the latest!
• Once we have the products and are ready to start fulfillment, we will post an update and send an email giving everyone 48 hours to update their addresses if needed. Once that window closes, you will not be able to update your address yourself and will need to contact us directly to make those changes.
• With addresses locked, we will start packing and shipping. This final step will take some time. We appreciate your patience. ❤️
